Technical Service and Maintenance Services
The biggest goal of Perkins MMC, which offers long-lasting, energy-saving, innovative and environmentally compatible system solutions in the projects it implements, is to establish “living systems”.
For this purpose, it makes maintenance contracts with its service team consisting of trained and experienced personnel in monthly, three and six-month periods and provides periodic maintenance and service to its solution partner customers 24/7, 365 days a year.
Within the scope of the contract, maintenance and general checks of the devices are carried out according to the period determined in the service program approved by the technical service manager.
Services Provided Within the Scope of Periodic Maintenance
- Electrical values and functional checks of field and central equipment of systems located in the field
- Pollution rates of field equipment, control of their installations, observation of whether there are factors that will affect their operation and elimination of any
- Review of system scenarios and programming according to new scenarios requested by the customer
- Elimination of all faults coming from the field (with the help of operating personnel)
- Conducting scenario tests of systems
- Updating and backing up system software
- Keeping critical spare parts stock to ensure system continuity
- Periodic repetition of user level trainings of technical personnel every year
- 24/7 remote access support
